Vimoutiers Court is a small garage within the curtilage of a residential property. The project proposes to convert the garage into an annexe as there are no ground floor bedrooms within the main property.

As part of our service for Stage 1, we produced various design scheme proposals, looking at the feasibility of various floor plan designs and internal layouts. As the garage is restricted in size, we proposed options that extend at the rear, create a mezzanine bedroom level, and include various space saving furniture designs. Each proposal analysed buildability, costing and planning issues to help the clients decide the best way forward.

The project has recently been submitted as a for planning approval to the Local Authority.
