The Clinic is an ongoing project that proposes to demolish/convert an existing commercial beauty clinic, and change the sites use class to residential. The project intends to be a small development opportunity for the client, who wants to sell the site with either planning consent or a newly built dwelling.

As part of our service for Stage 1, we’ve undertaken various design scheme proposals, looking into the feasibility of renovating & extending, verses demolishing and building. We’ve looked to replace the single dwelling with either a pair of semi’s or single, detached property. Each proposal analysed buildability, costing and planning issues to help the client decide on an appropriate way forward. 

During Stage 2 we submit a Pre-Planning application to the Local Authority to gauge what scheme would be acceptable from a planning perspective. The project is about to commence Stage 3 and proceed with a full planning application.
