The Bungalow is a small project for a private client. The project was done entirely through Permitted Development; therefore, no planning consent was required. A Lawful Development Certificate was obtained from the Local Authority for confirmation that the scheme complied with Permitted Development regulations.

Following the design phase, we developed the schemes technical aspects and applied to Building Control for an initial plan check. The scheme is currently being built on-site and we look forwards to its completion in due course.
