Mayfield Drive is a small extension project to an existing bungalow. The clients had previously lived in a bungalow, and underwent a loft conversion project, therefore they didn’t want to do the same with this property. Given the large plot associated with the property, especially towards the front highway, the clients wanted to extend out the front creating an additional master bedroom. The property also had an existing extension to the rear, which was poorly constructed and needed rebuilding. The reconfigured rear extensions provided the opportunity to introduce a large living, kitchen & dining room.

The project has recently been submitted to the Local Authority for Planning Approval and we are eagerly awaiting their response.
